To overwhelm, override, nullify, and sweep my complaints and fake problems under the proverbial rug, my Thanksgiving post will end with a long list of gratitudes (like beattitudes). May it inspire, enthuse, and overwhelm your complaints as well.
Later on today, I will explore an experimental method of using problems as a measure of progress in self-development. If I notice myself pout and moan over a perceived insult from a friend, my problem indicates that I have very few important priorities. My focus has narrowed for the moment. If instead, I find myself figuring out how to turn a million dollar loss into a billion dollar gain, my problems indicate…..I’ll get into that later on.
For now:
Drift into the tryptophan with an attitude of gratitude:
Consciousness.
Earth, as a planet, and my home.
Skies full of stars,
Clouds full of rain,
Every last one of my miseries,
All the joyous moments,
Memories,
Adventure,
Boredoms that fueled exploration, adventure, change, and growth,
Adventures that led to loving the boring moments as peaceful sanctuaries,
The death of my mother, and family members, and friends: for waking me up to the beauty and uniqueness of every tiny little detail in my experience with those still living,
Education, both gnosis by way of experience, and entrainment from school that gave me something to transcend,
Transcendence itself,
My teachers: RK, CSH, TL, NA, SK, MQ, JMK, DRJ, IJ, EA, JG, RJS, MLS, TLD, MJ, AEC, BB, RC, TR, JZ, CO, IW, KC, KR, JC, B, BA, HDT, WW, RMR, IS, RT, BSS, and so many more that I find it impossible to recount them all, at my Greatest Moments, this list includes every person I have ever met,
