Day two, here goes!

I am going to spare you the written explanations here and get straight to the goods. This is a video from a few months ago illustrating a profound technique for releasing tension in the anus, pelvis, belly, chest, throat, and even the face.

Some key points:
1. drink a glass of water first.
2. you are not trying to puke, though puking is fine, so do not do on a full stomach unless you absolutely have to.
3. let yourself relax fully between gags. This is not a race or a competition. How you do it is how you do it, and the more you do it, the better it will get for you.
4. Enjoy yourself fully.
