Greetings folks-

The World Health Organization recently infected me with with their new name-brand virus to help me test the power of Creative Deconstruction without the help of flu vaccines. Creative Deconstruction did indeed combat and destroy their virus. It took almost an entire week of struggle for me to defeat it, but I did.

Now, here I am at Esozone. If you are one of the kind and wonderful participants, welcome!

What you will find below is a transcript and/or notes from the workshop we did together, in slightly different form.

Enjoy! If you would like a pdf copy for yourself, click on the link below:

While we gather around the concepts and tools, keep in mind these key points:

1. We are gathering to share knowledge and to experiment together. Stay with the group. It is more important to stay with the flow of the group than it is to be right or to compete. The physiology of the group is primal. The ideas are secondary.

2. Real brain and life change will almost always be accompanied by and/or preceded by anxiety. You must deliberately leave your comfort zones.

3. These are extremely powerful exercises. If you do this work with persistence and determination, you WILL get results. Your results are your results. The results of other people do not matter, except for sake of sharing and discussion. No matter how much you learn about the taste of fine wine, you will have experienced nothing until you taste it for yourself.

4. Do not approach this workshop with beliefs and preconceived ideas. Do not believe anything I say. Instead, do the experiments and get your results. Take what you get, and don’t take what you don’t get.

5. Adam and Eve were expelled from the Garden of Delights and forced to toil in punishment for their confusion. The Buddha simply wandered and had experiences, free of judgment and punishment. Which myth guides your life?

Let’s get started!

A simple key: Enhanced 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 Diminished Use this key all day long to evaluate every experience you have. Eventually, it will guide you automatically to ever more enhancing people, places, situations, and opportunities.

Warm Ups:
-Grounding (use for insomnia, restless legs, etc.).
-Back Twist Grounding.
-Energizing arm swings.
-Knee Slaps + Crossover.
-Bodyweight Squats.

Concept 0. Belches, Farts, and Yawns take precedence.

Tool 0. Learning How to Learn: Focus. (focus on forehead and breathing to take in information. Work always on staying focused.)

Tool 1. A Simple Twist of Face + variations (make faces opposite of emotion states)

Concept 1. What the Hell is Going on Here?

Tool 2. Atlas Shrugged + Shoulder variations. (forward, back, reach, dance)

Concept 2. It’s ok when things don’t go well.

Tool 3. Ok to say, “No.” (ultra slow neck turns + neck pressure + variations) watch when people say yes or no to you, notice if their head movements agree with their words.

Concept 3. You are the most important person in your life.

Tool 4. Trusting Gravity: The Flop.

Concept 4. Cognitive Endgame. Use this when there is no time for body work.

END GAME:
Step 1. Recognize your reaction or experience as a repeat of something you have done before.
Step 2. Ask yourself, “How many times have I done this before in similar situations?”
Step 3. Use the cognitive brain to END the game NOW by making a solid decision to end the game when it is wasting time and energy.
Step 4. Let it go for real this time.
Step 5. Proceed in authenticity. Do what you really want, accept your results, repeat.

Decide to only play games you want to play. Play them deliberately and not by default. Know when you are playing games and when they are being played around and with you. Now, I do not necessarily mean board or video games here. I mean real life Role Playing Games.

Tool 5. Dehypnotizing Breath.

Concept 5. Either all communication is hypnosis, or none of it is.

Tool 6. Laugh at everything, even when you’re not feeling it (yet). The Laughing Breath.

Concept 6. You can alter yourself and the ambience around you. Happiness and Sadness are contagious states of the brain.

Tool 7. Explosion of a Star. (Laying on the ground/mattress, or standing up.)

Concept 7. Breaking Free: The Safe, Feared, and Catastrophic Life; the Authentic/Powerful/Extreme option. Always ask for what you want.

“Everyone wants to feel good about doing an unpleasant thing and they wait and do not do it.” –Dr. Christopher S. Hyatt.

Tool 8. Paradoxical Breathing + Croak, Hold, and Flick.

Screaming/ Yelling: Yell or scream as loud as you can, either out loud if you dare, or into a pillow if you must.

Concept 8. Creative Deconstruction Consultation Services:

2. Customized Escape Plans.
3. Recorded Clear Observer Sessions.
4. Online, phone, and personal consultations to get back to the REAL YOU.
5. In-home workshops and Creative Deconstruction parties and special events tailored to meet your needs and blow your minds.
