For the rest of the next 31 days, I will not completely repeat the instructions for the various exercises and experiments I have prescribed as I go through them one by one and share with you the results.
Instead I will simply record a video and include relevant notes and fun things like pictures and lists here.
As I creatively destroy myself by taking my own advice, I trust some of you out there will stop by, check out the exercises, think you understand them, and then never try any of them. Then, a couple of you will actually do the exercises. I want to hear from you. Record a video of your own and send it my way. I’ll put it up on the blog, and give you a free 15 minute Creative Deconstruction phone session….
Today, I have for you a long overdue, new and improved gagging video. Gag yourself for wellness and relaxation! Remember, it is your body and your choice what you get to do with it. I encourage you to experiment with your body for yourself before believing all the shit you may have been told about it while growing up.
Welcome to the Meta-Vomitorium!
Now, I didn’t show you in the video an addition variation you can make for better gagging. For the variation, take a finger from your opposite hand, put some water or lube on it, and put it in your rear end. This will encourage the sphincter muscle to relax, and when it relaxes, it feels great. I can already hear the reactions you might have to this. Well, whatever your reaction may be, remember this: It is your body, and you can do with it whatever you want. Enjoy it. All of it.
Until next time, this is Garrett Daun, with Creative Deconstruction, metapuking and signing off.
Enjoy,
-GTD

Haha I was “anonymous” and joking. I have gagged myself alone and with friends and much, much more….
Dear Anonymous,
It is my belief that you are scared of what you do not know. It is very normal for most humans to experience fear of the unknown. The fact that you feel you have to comment negatively and slam people for what you are scared of is just ignorant and in bad taste. If you dont have anything nice to say……?
Why “anonymous” makes always such commentaries in every blog? Makes me want to metapuke, hahahaha!! Great video Garret…
well, there are many explanations as to why a person would do it. Let me ask you something, anonymous, what do you mean by “gross and disturbing?” What exactly was gross about it, and what exactly did you find disturbing?
Also, sorry to disappoint, but no cocaine involved.
One of the best ways to experience “why a person would do this on purpose” is to try the exercise for yourself.
As for “tension in the belly” just notice your belly for a few days. Pay attention to that area and notice if and when you tense it or suck it in. We are taught at a young age to keep our bellies sucked in and upward, which adds to low back tension, and makes full natural breathing difficult.
This exercise will instantly deepen the breathing, bring awareness and relaxation to the belly area, and stop the mind from wandering away from the body for a little while.
Again, no pressure to try the exercise or like it, just experiment with your own body if you want to. If you find your own body gross when you do certain things with it, you might question whether those are your ideas or something you have been taught to believe.
Anything else?

I have had problems where I needed to vomit and I always felt better after it and it was not just from expelling the stuff in my stomach. For people who do it from bulimia, the vomiting becomes very addictive.
Gross and disturbing, and no real explanation as to why a person would do this on purpose. Tension in the belly? What does that mean? The sniffing makes me wonder if cocaine is involved…
