Ok, over the next couple days I will wrap up the 31-tool-giveaway. It will remain up here on the blog indefinitely. I may record a DVD and PDF available for purchase/download from this blog and my other site very soon. Would it be useful to have these tools recorded in video format? Let me know and I will deliver the goods!
Today I will be giving you a quick shotgun blast of techniques for you to get more powerful, real, and authentic with yourself. Let’s get started!

After too much time out of my body, I came back to find my brains exploding out of my head.
24. In-The-Body Experiences: Perhaps you have heard of having out-of-body experiences. Well, I propose that those experiences have actually replaced in-body expriences as the norm. Did you remember your body sitting there in front of the screen right now? If not, this technique will help you remember to remember your body.
Again, the simplicity of this exercise probably makes you think it won’t do much for you, or that you already knew all about it. Well, I assure you, try this one for long enough and you will reinherit your body in all its glory. All it takes to have an In-body experience is to take your mind from wherever it happens to have drifted and bring it back down into the body, right where you are.
Technique 23 will help to re-boot your awareness into the space you find yourself in. Just ask, “What the Hell is Going on Here?” Next, focus your attention and awareness onto your body itself. Go ahead and whisper a little something to yourself about your bodily circumstances as you find them. “I feel my ass sitting in a chair. I feel my hands typing across this keyboard. The palms rest of the edge of the computer.”
Make it a point to do this exercise all day long. If you must, set aside three moments; once upon waking, once during midday, and once before you go to sleep. Turn the mind back on the body and you will find yourself more alive and real than you may have ever thought possible.
25. Real Sweetness:

My homemade, raw, sugar-free, delicioso plate of bliss.
This may prove difficult for some, but give it a shot. You will find yourself full of energy and happy that you went through with it. First, get yourself some REAL maple syrup. Make sure the only ingredient is maple syrup. Alternately, get yourself some honey or agave nectar. Next, throw out all the refined sugar and refined sugar products in your home.
That’s right, throw them all away. Now. Don’t just sit there reading this and not taking it seriously. You can improve your health by the end of the day by getting rid of all the corn syrup and refined sugar products from your home right now. Who cares if you still feel addicted to eating them. Just throw them away. The discomfort you feel is you gaining power over your surroundings.
Use the maple syrup, agave nectar, or honey sparingly. All three of these substances taste wonderful, even more wonderful than refined sugar and corn syrup. Learn to make your favorite recipes with these as substitutes. Your bones, teeth, blood, and brain will thank you with higher and higher level functioning the longer you stay off refind sugar.
Trust me, I know how difficult it can seem to get off sugar. I have found myself at 7/11 stores late at night with doughnuts and snickers bars in my hand. I used to go buy a whole pint of Ben and Jerry’s and eat it all in one sitting. I love the stuff. But, there is no time like the present. In fact, there is nothing but the present, and in this present, I have made powerful decisions to keep myself away from refined sugars and corn syrup. You can too. Feel the difference for yourself.
26. Ambience Administrator:
A network administrator administers computer networks and makes sure they flow properly. A school administrator (supposedly) makes sure schools function and operate smoothly and properly. It follows that an Ambience Administrator makes sure that the ambience of any given location flows properly and serves the people who find themselves in it.
All who aspire to Creative Deconstruction must take up the role of Ambience Admin. What does this mean? It means becoming more and more aware of your body in every situation. Second, it involves becoming more and more aware of the places and people surrounding that body at any given time. Third, it involves injecting and/or removing influences into or out of situations to create an empowering and authentic experience.
It doesn’t really matter whether or not other people know what you are doing. Most of the time, they will not notice anything but a subtle raise in their mood and some delightful sensations in their bellies.
There are many ways to Administrate Ambience. One example is to hack your own emotions. If you find yourself a victim of some mood or limiting perspective, you can hack the mood and turn it around in your favor. You can do this by injecting a dose of authenticity into the situation. This can be as simple as looking other people in the eyes and smiling at them. Remember that everyone you see is caught in the ambience with you. Most of them are not aware of the dimension of ambience.
You, being the fully aware and awake Creative Deconstructor you are, get to infuse the situation with whatever mood or emotion you wish. Remember this next time you feel compelled to complain, talk shit, or to sit around feeling bad for yourself. You are infusing the ambience around you (and it is always around you) with negative crap. It can be likened to shitting on your own plate of gourmet food. You have to be in your ambience, so why not make it the way you like it?
Just like shitting in a toilet or a composter, you can throw tantrums, complain, and have pity parties all by yourself in a contained space. You can yell into a pillow and punch a mattress instead of yelling at and punching other people. Once you flush the toilet, let the shit disappear. Don’t go slinging it around the metaphoric walls of your life. If you sling it on your friends, it will be there for you to clean up or smell later.
Think of the ambience like a higher level of decoration. It is like the paintings and drapes in the background that everyone takes for granted and no one pays much attention to. By paying much attention to yourself and the ambience, you have already taken charge. By standing on your unshakable foundation, you may then paint your insides and outsides with the ambience of your choice. Practice in your own home. Try it out wherever you spend time.
After all, you get to choose what kind of “reality tea” you make, and with what teas and herbs you infuse it with. What do you want to experience? Go out and create it.
This is a very simple strengthening exercise. If you have not worked your arms for a long time, it can help to have a partner for this part. Make sure to be safe and careful with yourself. Do nothing that harms you. All you have to do to begin training your arms to be as strong as your legs is to do handstands.
In the beginning, do your handstands against the wall. You can somersault your way up to the wall, or you can start facing away from the wall on your hands and knees and walk your feet and body up the wall until your face and chest are nearly against the wall.
From there, try holding the position each time until you can comfortably hold it for 3 minutes. After that, try one arm only. Try walking around along the wall using your hands on the ground. After a couple weeks, you can even try handstand pushups against the wall.
You will find that over time the handstands will train and strengthen all the big and small muscles in your wrists, arms, chest, and even your fingers. Try having a friend hold your legs for balance when you attempt to do the handstand without the help of a wall. Over time, it will get easier and easier for you to balance. You might even notice some subtle changes in your perception over a long period of doing the handstands. Or perhaps you won’t. In any case, they will take place.
Ok, infuse everything you experience with joy. In other words, Enjoy Everything!
Love, Wildness, Chaos, and Joy…….
-Garrett Daun

What the hell is going on here?
You can now cut through all confusion, ignorance, frustration, and conflict to the bare facts. Whenever you find yourself anywhere, ask yourself, “What the Hell is Going on Here?”
Look, listen, smell, taste and feel the ever-changing answer for yourself.
You might find over time that this exercise allows you to see more clearly what is actually going on. This will help you discern between what is going on in your head and what is going on in reality.
Enjoy!

20. Cognitive Endgame:
I learned this technique from Dr. Christopher S. Hyatt at the Descendance: The Clear Observer workshop in Arizona in June of 2007. It keeps coming to mind as a powerful example of using the awesome power of the cognitive brain to shut down and deconstruct patterns of inauthenticity, human game playing, manipulation, and simply feeling bad.
The End Game technique is useful in moments when there is no time to duck out and stretch your face or take a break to get a handle on things. This is an emergency technique you can use anywhere, anytime. Take a deep breath, and let’s begin.
In the beginning, you may want to try this technique on something minor until you get the hang of it enough to know how to let go of more major games in your life. Just because you let something go does not mean that everyone around you will do the same. Let the chips fall where they may, but be prepared to face organic reality at every turn…
If you would like this kind of solid support while making changes in your life, as well as a bunch of dynamic techniques to aid you in your journey, contact me by clicking here to schedule an introductory session.
END GAME:
Step 1. Recognize your reaction or experience as a repeat of something you have done before.
Step 2. Ask yourself, “How many times have I done this before in similar situations?”
Step 3. Use the cognitive brain to END the game NOW by making a solid decision to end the game when it is wasting time and energy.
Step 4. Let it go for real this time.
Step 5. Proceed in authenticity. Do what you really want and accept your results.
Decide to only play games you want to play. Play them deliberately and not by default. Know when you are playing games and when they are being played around and with you. Now, I do not necessarily mean board or video games here. I mean real life Role Playing Games. Identify some of your own and leave a comment to that effect.
Just today I used the End Game technique to stop lying to myself about some of my personal relationships. There were subtle manipulations and fears I had allowed to dominate and control my mind and my actions. I made note of the hundreds of times in the past I had played that same game, over and over. Next, I consciously decided to STOP playing the game, once and for all. I then phoned the people involved and came clean about my former game playing and made known the truth of my situation and my desires.
This produced the results:
1. Bringing me into much closer touch with myself
2. Bringing me into deeper intimacy with a close personal friend.
3. Made me feel instantly lighter and better.
4. Brought me to tears over how difficult it had once been to be authentic, and how suddenly easy it became.
How about you?
21. Fists of Fury:
This simple exercise will allow you to detense, and thus access the massive power available, in your arms and hands. It provides an added benefit of stimulating the large portions of the brain dedicated to the hands. More on that later.
Take a few deep breaths. After a complete exhale, make fists as tight as you can without hurting yourself. Do so for the duration of a full inhale. Say, “Ah” and exhale fully while opening the hands as wide as you can. Repeat with the breath. Repeat for 3 or more minutes.
After you have finished with 3 or more minutes of opening and closing the fists in synch with your breathing, find a bed or thick, soft pillows. Either lay down, stand, or kneel next to the bed. Take a deep breath in. Give a loud shout as you punch your fists hard on the mattress or large pillow. Take another breath in and repeat. Do for 3-4 minutes.
Take a few moments to sense and feel your body after you have completed the exercise.
I will again remind you that after doing each of the exercises I have provided in this blog, you will know intuitively how to construct a daily routine for yourself. You can also create a whole weekend around working with yourself in these ways. It can be fun and/or disturbing to work with a partner….;)
22. Backwards Walking.
This one is extremely simple, and yet, the results can be profound. You will know what the results are when you do it for yourself long enough to find out. Are you starting to recognize a pattern here? You will have to conduct your own experiments to get your own results. All else is a variation on the theme of entertainment!
Walk backwards. Challenge yourself to do it for longer and longer walks. Watch the reactions you get from other people. I was surprised to find that most people did not respond at all. Others asked why I was doing it. Yet others sneered. Hilarious!
You can also try backwards jumping rope and backwards running. Master the walking first.
Check out this short video for an example:
That was shot in Carlsbad, CA with a tiny little Hello Kitty digital camera. I was indeed walking backwards, as evidenced by my big smile.

Today’s post will be brief, as I am also doing a guest post for 30pov.com. It won’t be up until around the 30th, but take a look at the site, and if you find yourself in your thirties, go ahead and get signed up to do posts with them.
18. Blind Spot Meditation: Werner Erhard once said, “Most people don’t make any distinction between an experience and a memory of an experience. They treat them both the same. And what’s worse is they don’t know they treat them both the same. That’s called blindness. To not know is one thing. To not know that you don’t know, that’s tragic.” (emphasis added) (Click here for a site full of great Erhard quotes.)
Method 18 is a very simple method to discover and identify what you don’t know. This can be extremely useful in many life experiences for differentiating between what is actually occurring in reality and what is occurring only in the mind. In friendships and relationships, this can make the difference between harmony and strife.
Use a journal, or simply use your mind. If there is a particular situation bothering you, write all that you know about the situation, and then write all that you don’t know. Once you have identified that you don’t know something, you then have choices. You can decide to investigate the things you don’t know. You can let go of assumptions and beliefs that have no content in reality. You can free yourself from the pressure of pretending to know things that you really don’t know.
Over time, this approach will allow to you seek and find the tings you don’t know. It will afford you the freedom to operate without having to know everything. It will bring you closer to your true biological nature as a creature on this planet.
19. The Million Dollar Experiment: Make note, again, that all of these tools, methods, meditations, etc. are nothing more than experiments for humans to discover more about themselves, and to gain in awareness, authenticity, power, and joy. It is my firm belief that there are no beliefs inherent in Creative Deconstruction.:) There is only experiment. Experiment, gather data, move on. Repeat.
This particular experiment was started by Steve Pavlina. Click here to check out his excellent website. The basic premise is based on Steve’s take on the Law of Attraction, which has been given much attention and fanfare since the movie The Secret came out a few years ago.
For the sake of brevity, I will only give you the barebones approach to the exercise and let you do your own background research by providing the links. You will find the main experiment page by clicking here.
From that site, you can easily find your way to Steve’s other articles about the Million Dollar Experiment. There is a particularly interesting one on experiment 2.0 found by clicking here.
All that the experiment requires is taking 60 seconds a day and repeating the following intention created by Steve Pavlina:
“In an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way, in its own perfect time, for the highest good of all, I intend $1,000,000 to come into my life and into the lives of everyone who holds this intention.”
If you still need to challenge the slave mentality that having loads of money is a bad or negative thing, read more by Pavlina on this subject. Suffice it to say that the more money and resources you have, the more positive change you can make in the world, if that is your desire. Imagine if you had millions of dollars to give away. You could put put inspiring or life changing films for large audiences. You could support hordes of start-up businesses that operate in line with your ideals. You could do almost anything you want on a more massive scale.
By simply complaining and hating on the wealthy, you keep yourself enslaved in your own mind. Much of this stems from jealousy over not having things the way you want them. Think about what you really want to accomplish and you might realize that a lot more money would help you in accomplishing many of your goals. Of course, if you think that I think that “it’s all about money,” check out my earlier post, “It was never all about money.”
I wish you all $1,000,000 to do with as you please. Make life work for you.
As Dr. Hyatt said on a video I watched today called the You Mantrum, “The world has no troubles. The trouble is your brain.”
Enjoy Everything.

Greetings fellow travelers upon our fine Urth! Today I have concocted a little something different. The first exercise is something that just popped into my brain after a few months of strenuous work on deconstructing my brain patterns. The second one is inspired by Dr. Claude Needham and his beautiful book, The Just Because Club.
16. The Marshmallow Meditation: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position with your back straight. Apply a bit of White Flower oil to the center of your forehead if you so desire. Next, spend some time in your memories. Picture everything you have ever experienced in your life. Imagine all the people, places, and experiences you have ever had.
Include in this imagining everything which arises in your mind. Picture your lovers, your family, you possessions, and especially, now, consider and go through all of the ideas you and others have had about you.
As you drift through this heap of memory, toss each piece of it into a pile. Imagine yourself in a beautiful wild land, on the edge of a magnificent wood. Make the pile just outside the tree line. That’s right, keep stacking those memories higher and higher, include everyone and everything you have ever known or learned. Pile it higher and higher. Include all the emotions you have ever experienced, and every sound or sensation that has passed through your organs and brain.
Include every time you ever thought you were a victim of circumstances or something else, include every time you thought someone wronged you, and every time you thought you wronged someone else, or yourself.
After you have piled the memories high, imagine yourself pouring gasoline all over the pile. You might notice some hesitation at this point. If so, simply continue with the meditation. It may prove helpful to record yourself reading this or something similar, and then listen to it during your meditation. Or have a friend read it to you in exchange for reading it for him or her.
Now, imagine a book of matches. Take out one of the wooden matches and light it against the sandpaper strip on the outside of the book. Throw the match in the soaking pile of epitaphs. As you watch a beautiful and glorious fire engulf the pile of memories, warm yourself on it. You are naked, in the woods, next to a wonderful fire. Nourish yourself in its warm glow. Feel the warmth on your skin as you hear the crackling of the fire and taste and smell the smoke spiraling upward, ever upward.
Now, pick up the bag of marshmallows sitting there at your feet. As you hear the plastic crinkling in your hands, take out a marshmallow. Put it on a stick. Roast it on the flames of everything.
Eat the marshmallow.
Enjoy. Life tastes good!
This does not mean that you abandon everyone and everything in your life. No. It means something quite contrary to that. It means that you make a fresh approach to your life. You have now incinerated every false construct, belief, and meaning you have ever had about all and everything in your life. Those experiences were real, in-the-flesh experiences, never to be duplicated or even accurately replicated in memory. In fact, they make up a part of who and what you are.
Now, with a fresh eye and an open mind, the place you come back to after the meditation is not the same place it was before you left. Everything is different now. Take a look around. You might find that your limitations and restrictions have suddenly lifted. You might find it easier to enjoy every little tiny moment of your life.
You might find it easier now to love everything that was, that is, and that may ever come. From this basis, it might also be easier, now, for you to take action toward the life of your dreams, with support of all the forces in your life. In this, I wish you the best of luck, and I urge you the best of skill. In some ways, it can be said that you already have and are everything you could need or want; however, this can prove extremely tricky to navigate.
17. Ghost in the Machine: This exercise is my paraphrase of the exercise “Deaf, Dumb and Blind,” in Claude Needham’s excellent book, The Just Because Club. Thank you Claude for inspiration and all your great work.
Lie down or take a comfortable seated posture with your back straight. Sit there for a few moments and tune in to yourself and your surroundings. You may do this by using many of the methods covered earlier this month, including A Simple Twist of Face, Shrug it Off, slow neck turns, the Human Tuning Fork, and others. You may also wish to begin and end with a repeat of the Earthquake grounding exercise mentioned earlier this month.
Imagine yourself as a tiny star the size of a golf ball. Next, picture yourself floating around near the thing you now call your body. In this imagining, pretend that the body has a control room inside its skull. The eyes are cameras with live feeds projected on a screen in the control room.
The ears act as audio capture devices that feed into speakers in the control room. As a ball of light, you climb into the control room and don a tight suit that gives you a sensory feed from the external skin shell of the body. You have similar devices for taking in tastes and smells.
Imagine yourself operating as a ball of light in the control room. (It may prove useful to explore other control rooms in the body, in the regions of the throat, chest, above and below the navel, and in the area of the perineum, but these control rooms are for another time.)
Take in the full reality of the situation of life inside this control room. Get up and walk around while witnessing your life from inside the control room.
Spend some time each day experiencing this new perception of your reality. Enjoy your results.
Enjoy Everything!

Happy August 13th! While it is not exactly as spooky asFriday the 13th, Thursday the 13th still holds a lot of potential for spooky awakenings and the dawning of profound bodily awareness.
The first exercise can be found in many different traditions and formats, the most readily available being Dr. Alexander Lowen‘s works:
Here Dr. Lowen explains “You are your body.”
Technique 12 is inspired by Dr. Lowen’s works in Bioenergetics. Dr. Lowen called it Grounding. Here in the land of Creative Deconstruction I call it the Earthquake.
Here are the instructions, adapted and enhanced from http://abel.hive.no/trumpet/warmup/grounding.html :
Stand with feet about 10″ apart toes slightly turned in so as to stretch some of the muscles of the buttocks. Shift all your weight to the balls, or front part, of your feet. Bend forward and touch the floor with fingers of both hands as in figure below. The knees should be slightly bent. No weight should be on the hands. Let the head drop as much as possible.
Bend the knees until the heels just barely lift from the ground. When you get the position just right, your legs will tremble. This trembling represents the grounding of energy from your body and mind into the ground.
Breathe through your mouth easily and deeply. Keep breathing.
Hold the position for about one-minute.
The reason I call this exercise the Earthquake is because your legs will tremble if it is done correctly. Experiment with bending the knees a little and shifting the weight to the front of your feet. Explore the trembling with your attention for the duration of the exercise.
Check out some of Dr. Lowen’s own descriptions of Grounding and how it works, by clicking here, here, and here.
Before I give you technique 13, I want to reiterate what Creative Deconstruction is all about. Creative Deconstruction is a repository of technique, and a No Way As Way approach to everything in your life. Creative Deconstruction offers a multitude of ways to deconstruct your tensions in your body and mind with very little analysis in a short time. Creative Deconstruction provides myriad ways to convert you tensions into energy to apply toward achieving your goals and living the life of your dreams.
Creative Deconstruction offers no belief system or religious practice. Instead, it rest on the foundation that Change is Inevitable, and that you are the artist and creator of your own life. Creative Deconstruction destroys the separate facets and fractures of your life and personality and simultaneously delivers you into your true nature.
Let it be known that Creative Deconstruction offers novel techniques and innovations, as well as a conglomerate of the best tools and techniques from every system of empowerment and attainment known to humankind.
Technique 13: The Laserbeam.
Remember all those movies in the 1980s that had laser beams burning through thick metal walls, penetrating to the deepest parts of the Earth, and blowing things up? Well, this technique is kind of like that. If you have seen X-Men, you know about the character Cyclops.
As with many Creative Deconstruction techniques, this one’s power hides underneath it’s apparent simplicity.
How to do the Laserbeam:
It helps to do the Simple Twist of Face before doing the Laserbeam, although it is not totally necessary once you get the practice down and try it a few hundred times.
All you do is focus your attention on the center of your forehead, just above the spot between your eyes. To assist you in the beginning of this endeavor, you can use a spot of Vicks, White Flower Oil, or some other mentholatum-type product on the spot in the center of your forehead, just above the space between your eyes.
Massage the spot with your finger. If you push hard enough, you might feel a bit of tension or gentle pain, similar to the “good pain” of releasing tense muscles with massage. That spot you feel is the spot to concentrate on for Step One of the Laserbeam.
Now, to turn on and focus the Laserbeam, you need Step Two: Pay attention to your breathing. Do nothing to alter it. Simply pay attention to it.
To repeat:
Step 1: Focus on the point in the center of your forehead. Use some menthol/eucalyptus/White Flower Oil/Vicks product to assist your mind in focusing on the point. You may feel a buzzing or tingling sensation when you get Step One going. This can be thought of as Powering Up the Laserbeam.
Step 2: Add an additional focus on your breathing. This may be thought of as Activating the Laserbeam.
Apply the Laserbeam to any situation you want to understand and experience more completely, factually, and authentically. Be warned, however. The Laserbeam has the power to make you fully aware of your true motivations in every situation. Additionally, it has the power to make you aware of the difference between facts and interpretations.
Most importantly, the Laserbeam can be profitably applied while attending lectures, working out and doing physical training, having conversations, speaking to others, and in any situation from which you want to learn rapidly and with great depth.
I have used the Laserbeam in all the college courses I have taken to great effect. I have also used it to learn yoga, martial arts, rock climbing and mountain rescue techniques, snow camping, mountaineering, massage, radical undoing, writing skills, being an attentive listener, partner, and lover, and much much more.
If there is a book you want to learn and incorporate into your physiology and neural networking in your brain, read it three times while using the Laserbeam. Trust that your vast mind is picking up all of the information it needs.
One secret key to the Laserbeam: do not analyze or interpret the information you receive while practicing the Laserbeam. Trust your deeper awareness and your brain itself to organiize and process the information you need. The way to make the Laserbeam work for you is by focusing ALL of your attention on the center of your forehead and your breathing. Experience everything in reality through the lens of the Laserbeam, while trusting your mind to organize and apply the new information as needed.
Knowledge is living information in motion. To acquire knowledge, focus your attention on your breathing and the center of your forehead. You will learn very quickly, and the functioning of your body and brain will be proof of the validity and power of your efforts.
When your focus strays, gently nudge it back to the Laserbeam. If necessary or desirable, picture a laserbeam shooting out of the center of your forehead, charged up with the power of your breath, shooting out and absorbing everything you need to achieve your dream life. The more focus on the Laserbeam means the less focus on your worries, concerns, opinions, judgments, and interpretations of events.
You will find yourself delivered to a clear vision of reality in moments. Don’t worry if you slip up or forget for awhile. Just remember you always have the Laserbeam there and ready to use whenever you want or need it.
Trust yourself!
Enjoy,
-Garrett Daun

I asked a close friend of mine if she had any suggestions for today’s post. I told her I am in the middle of a month-long giveaway for this blog and that I want to offer a huge amount of value for all of you beloved and beautiful readers out there. This month is all about expressing my appreciation for life, the universe, and everything. That includes you, both now, and in the future, which is your now, now.
Ok, you caught me beating around the bush. She did give me an answer for today’s technique, but I wasn’t sure how it would fit into Creative Deconstruction and Escape Plans Unlimited. After much introspection, I saw very clearly how to use her suggestion to create an immense amount of value for everyone everywhere.
At first I thought, Nah, this is way too risky. People might get the wrong idea…. Then I realized none of that matters. The secret I am about to reveal will seem ridiculously simple to some of you. To others, it will seem confusing. I found it shocking when I found out about men who do not know about this apparent secret.
Some strange combination of taboo and poor parenting keeps a huge amount of bodily knowledge and experience from us. How many of you reading this have ever given your partner or lover a full body massage? How many of you reading this feel ashamed over masturbation? How many of you would feel strange about using your own gag reflex to alleviate massive amounts of tension?
These are but a few of the millions of fun experiments and experiences you can ENJOY and learn from, with a little Creative Deconstruction and an Escape Plan of some kind. (drop me a line for more info!
Take a look at the following picture. It depicts a symptom of the deep sexual fear and affliction many Americans now suffer from. While we do not have anti-masturbation devices on the market (at least as far I as I know), the devices once existed. See how it has a lock on it? that was so parents could lock their children into these devices. So, if you are feeling squeamish or offended by this post, know that the source of the squeamishness is the same as the source of devices such as these:

This brings me to today’s more profoundly simple secret. This secret holds a key to unlimited amounts of pleasure and joy. How many of you reading this have never heard of and experienced the clitoris?
That’s right, the clitoris. Immediately a psychic censor screams at me in my head as I write this.
“Don’t publish this post! Are you crazy? No one will want to do an interview for your blog if you write something like this!”
Well, too bad then. I could not believe my ears when I heard that there are some men out there who have never heard of nor showed appreciation for the clitoris. Of course there are plenty of porn sites out there for you to explore to find techniques, see all the variations in size and shape, and possibly be inspired by the ensuing pleasure.
Check out these book selections to get started:
The purpose of this site is to expand the possibilities for enjoyment, adventure, love, and creativity. If even one person discovers the clitoris from this post, how wonderful for the women in his or her life! Imagine yourself as a woman. You have a part of you that can generate immense amounts of pleasure. Your lover just doesn’t understand your anatomy at all. He ignores the clitoris and instead just fumbles around.
Next, your partner comes here to read my newest blog post and takes some time to research the clitoris. He comes up with a few techniques to surprise you. Whammo! You are surprised with the best orgasm you have had in years! All due to the knowledge of human anatomy and a visit to this blog!
There is nothing wrong with the clitoris, and there is nothing wrong with sex. I notice–and I wonder if anyone else notices–a disturbing sense that this kind of thing should not be talked about or publicized. Well, for God’s sake, these are our very own body parts! I want to say that again… These are your very own body parts, and there is nothing shameful about them. It is fine to discuss sexuality, and it is fine to publicize the clitoris.
Sexual satisfaction between authentic people is a most beautiful bodymind endeavor. The clitoris plays a major role in sexual satisfaction for women. The more you learn to please the people in your life, the more they will want to please you, too. This goes for everything from sex to doing the dishes, cooking a meal, or even running a business.
I remember hiding in my room as a 12-year-old and reading my mother’s Cosmopolitan and Glamour magazines. I read all the articles on sex I could find. Even though sex was all around, in movies, on TV commercials, and in public dialogue, no one ever really talked to me about the details of it. It was as if the subject of sex had to be kept in a ziplock bag and handled with rubber gloves.
So, my curiosity led me to look at all those tantalizing articles and fashion pictures. I learned about the female anatomy and how to please a woman sexually, and I learned about the wonders of the clitoris. You know what the main thing I learned was? I learned that every woman is different, and that to discover what a woman really enjoys, I would have to ask. Women: tell your lovers what you enjoy! You are sharing intimate space with these people. It is just fine to ask for what you want!
By the time I became sexually active, I already had in mind all kinds of things I wanted to try. Yep, the little scientist in me was active even in those early days.
Although today’s secret, the clitoris, is not exactly a technique, it hints at something for more profound and deeper than just sexuality. Remember this: Your body is Your Body, and you can do anything with it you want. It is a marvelous garden of delights and magnificence waiting to be discovered, played in, and tended. Explore yourself, explore other people, find all the joy and pleasure in life that awaits you once you escape from false ideas about yourself and cross over into the realm of Creative Deconstruction.
Drop by tomorrow for two more powerful tools for converting tension to energy!
May this post be used for the benefit of all beings everywhere.
I love you all,
-Garrett

Greetings everyone. Today I have two more simple tools you can use to gain more power and excitement in your body, your mind, and your life.
August 10 is the 222nd day of 2009!
The Magellan Space Probe landed on Venus on August 10, 1990.
I offer you these experimental possibilities in honor of these two fine events. May all of us find our way to Venus more often!
Ok, here goes:
9. Take responsibility for ALL and EVERYTHING in your life. If you find yourself complaining or blaming, make an effort to STOP. Take a deep breath and use one of the other 8 tools to put you back in your own driver’s seat.
Now, make a declaration, “I now take responsibility for my own life.”
I went hitchhiking from Minneapolis, MN to Asheville, NC over 10 years ago. In a tiny town on the southwestern edge of Iowa, I wandered around a truck stop asking the truckers where they were headed. One of them invited me in for dinner to see if I would make interesting enough company to ride along with him.
Indeed I did. He told me one of the first Great Secrets anyone has ever told me. He said, “You get two choices in life. You can laugh or you can cry, and there ain’t nobody who gives a damn which one you choose.”
Write this quote, or your own equivalent, on a notecard and carry it around with you. Take a look at it every time you start to blame or complain about ANYTHING.
Next, you can choose to accept yourself and your circumstances how they are, or you can choose to take actions, no matter what the actions happen to be, to make changes to your circumstances. If other people are upset, spread cheer and joy. If your home is a mess, take the time to clean it up. If you have put something off, do it. If you let yourself or someone else down, forgive yourself and take action to make things right.
This leads me to:
10. Laugh and smile. For at least 5 minutes. Inhale fully and laugh for the entire exhale. It does not matter if you are “faking it” or not. The very same muscles and brain matter are activated when you move your face and belly in a laughter pattern. By doing this for 5 full minutes each time you feel overwhelmed, upset, frustrated, or uncomfortable, you send powerful messages to your brain on physical, emotional, and intellectual levels.
Just laugh whenever you remember to do it. Think of funny things. Watch funny videos. Laughing brings a few added bonuses when you laugh about things that you were taught never to laugh at. No one will read your mind and know what you are laughing at. Just laugh at everything and see how it changes your perception and experiences.
A long time ago in a land far far away from here, there was another dimension. The creatures who inhabited that dimension used something like what humans call, “magic mushrooms” as sacraments. One of them came back with an important key scrawled on top of the text in a book of magic, “Piss Yourself In Laughter.”

Us? We rewire brains around here, ya hear?
The 30-Free Tool Creative Deconstruction August Giveaway goes marvelously! I will add more videos as soon as the technology to do so arrives on my doorstep. For today, I am giving you tools 7 and 8 in a single post. To recap, the first 6 tools, in order of posting, are as follows:
1. Face stretches. The importance and power of this seemingly innocuous technique cannot be overstated. Whenever you feel a little off, try 5 minutes of face stretching and notice the difference it can make. Remember to breathe deeply while doing so.
2. The Gag Reflex. Another very powerful exercise to alleviate tension and return your wandering mind back into your body where it belongs (for now). This one seems to run up against more than a few cultural taboos. This is great, for it allows deconstruction on both micro and macro levels. Remember, it’s your body after all, so why not experiment with it in as many ways as you can dream of?
3. Staring into your own eyes in the mirror/ Blinking at your own eyes in the mirror. These two exercises are just the tip of the proverbial iceberg of techniques and experiments to enliven the eyes. A hint: without moving any part of your face, see if you can express emotions through your eyes alone. Try each emotion for 30 seconds or so, and then move on. It may not be evident right away, but over time, your eyes will both communicate more, and pick up more communication from other people.
4. Super Slow Neck Turning. An amazing and simple way to alleviate tension, cancel out headaches, slow down time, and achieve deep relaxation in moments. You might also notice, once the thoughts cascade back in again, that they stopped for a few moments. What a treat!
5. Shrug it off. Shoulders to ears. This exercise can help you to remember to shrug off most anything that gets in between you and your enjoyment of the best possible life you can create for yourself. Shrug it all off and go about creating the moods, ambiences, entertainments, and enjoyments you really want to experience!
6. The Flop. The Flop may make a hell of a lot more sense once I make a video for it. I will include the video as soon as it becomes possible for me to make another one. PS: check out my amazon wishlist for the camera that will make it all possible!
Finally, this brings me deeper into my tool kit to bring you exercises/experiments 7 and 8.
7. Holding Your Breath. This exercise can bring you a quick bout of awareness if you get too caught up in your head. Of course, if you want to stay caught up in your head, you will find a way to do so. But, if all you need is a quick break from all the thoughting to get your bearings and remember what you truly want to do with your moment, this technique will do that for you.
All this involves is catching yourself in a whirlwind of thought, any whirlwind of thought will do. Then, hold your breath for a full minute. If you cannot hold it for a full minute, that is fine. Hold it until you cannot hold it any longer. Be sure not to hurt yourself. Hold your breath, inhaled, long enough for your thoughts to cease. Before you inhale fully, take a moment to envision yourself having the best time of your life. Feel it fully and then inhale. Simple and beautiful! Take some small action toward your vision, whatever it is.
8. Appreciation. This technique unlocks more doors for me than almost anything else I have ever tried. Hordes of techniques have been developed to cut through the crap to allow humans to appreciate, even momentarily, their own clear consciousness. Whenever I can stir up in myself a deep appreciation for All and Everything, a deep silence emerges to demolish all illusionary edifices of hurt, offense, preference, good, evil, right, wrong, should, shouldn’t, can, can’t, and other such walls and jail cells. This simple technique may prove easy, or it may prove more difficult than anything else you can imagine. I will tell you this: to appreciate All and Everything is the most taxing work a human can accomplish. It is both the fastest and most difficult path to nowhere you will ever find.
Aleister Crowley wrote,
What are some ways you have found to appreciate consciousness, or all and everything? Leave a comment by clicking on the comment section at the bottom right hand side of this post. I have found that appreciation can transform extremely tough experiences into learning experiences, at least, or experiences of joyous rapture, at best.
A few years ago at my mother’s funeral, many of my friends gathered around me and we walked to the Rum River. After sharing some smokes together by the snowy riverside, the dark approach of loneliness about to begin, my friends were about to depart. One of them leaned over to me and said, “Hey man. Happy Birthday!” He said it with such profound authenticity that it set loose a cascade of joy and awakening in my mind and body.
I don’t know whether or not he even meant to say something so profound, or if he was just trying to cheer me up. His words helped me to feel the new beginning in my life without my mother around. In many ways I was forced to accept the profound liberation of moving on from my parents and their teachings into my own life journey, independent of them.
In taking that journey, I also found that it is impossible to leave one’s parents behind forever. They helped to sculpt us into the creatures we have become. They helped to lay the foundations. Even if I undo everything about myself, I will always be thankful for those first 20 years of assistance from my parents in this crazy world. They took the time out from their insane quests to help me get started on my own.
It is with great reverence that I share this technique of appreciation with you, dear readers. If you find yourself here at this moment, take some time to appreciate everything you have ever experienced, the people, animals, and plants who have shared those experiences with you, the landscapes, homes, pains, miseries, joys, orgasms, tears, laughter, and everything else. Watch how it makes your past and future buzz with the joy of life. Feel how that joy courses into your present. Appreciate it all, and appreciate that you have the tools with which to feel, think, and appreciate!
What a wonderful and glorious ride!
This post is dedicated to my favorite woman in all the land, She.
Enjoy,

Hey folks, today’s exercise does not yet have a video. You will have to wait or make one for yourself.
The exercise seems very simple, but will offer you profound and subtle results. Remember, as usual, your results are your results. I am not here to preordain them for you, nor am I here to tell you what they should be. Leave that up to……well…..just do the exercise and get your results. Take note and move forward.
What the hell is this exercise good for, you might ask? Well, try it out to see for yourself. If you are not yet at a stage where your life has become a Grand Experiment, made up of lots of little experiments, this site holds very little for you, I would imagine, beyond giving a jolt here and there to inspire some creative exploration. But, if your life has become the Grand Experiment I know it to be, you will already know that the best way for you to find out what a simple exercise will do for you is to try it out for yourself.
Now, this doesn’t mean that you get to be a complete asshole sucker, mark, or dupe, and do everything everyone tells you to do. If you did that, you would already be dead. No. what this means is that you know what experiments will kill you and what ones won’t. Take heed. Explore at your own risk.
That said, this exercise may loosen up your back muscles, and help you to move more freely and smoothly while negotiating gravity with grace. Or, it may not. It depends on how often you use it.
Stand up straight, feet about shoulder width apart with a slight bend in your knees.
Inhale fully.
At the fullest point of your inhalation say, “Ah,” and let the top half of your body flop forward toward the floor. After exhaling fully, inhale SLOWLY at the same time as you raise your torso upright to stand up straight again. Time it so that you end up vertical at the same time you finish inhaling. Say, “Ah” and flop over again.
You may need to repeat this 10-15 times to really know whether or not you are trusting gravity. If you notice a bouncing effect after flopping over, that is a good sign.
Enjoy,
-GTD

Ok folks, I promised yesterday to deliver an uber-powerful relaxation technique today. This technique involves using your neck in a new way. You will also do a little trick to slow down time. In fact, most of the techniques I will give you this month offer an added bonus effect of slowing time down. This occurs in a very simple way.
When you knock or nudge or push some part of yourself into a deeper awareness of what is actually going on, time slows down. On autopilot, whole days, months, or years can pass by in the seeming blink of an eye. In one beat, years drop off from your life. With these techniques, especially today’s exercise, you will slow down time and place your awareness more fully into the moment you happen to be experiencing.
One way to do this is to hold your breath, but that is an emergency secret technique I will get to later.
For now, check out the video:
Thanks much.
Enjoy….

Today’s technique involves a mirror….
Check out this emergency dispatch from Escape Plans Agent 333:
Before we go to the video, I want to tell a brief story. A woman at the grocery store today got upset with me when I handed her a scoop for her to use to put some bulk herbs into a plastic sack. She said, “I would rather have a scoop that you didn’t touch.”
She went on to tell me that the National News had reported that some M-1 virus can live on paper for over 12 days, or some such madness. I had a strong reaction to her assertion, and I said, “I do not believe anything that I hear from the news.”
She didn’t hear what I said. She replied, “You can’t be too careful.”
In her case, and in many cases, you certainly can be too careful. In fact, the kind of careful that leads a person to blindly accept information from a light box in their living room is a very dangerous kind of careful. It is this same careful that bloats so many potential-filled humans whom I once witnessed as having sexy and athletic bodies.
So I started wallowing in my own superiority and in sorrow over the trap I assumed this woman to be completely locked into.
Then, I felt myself fill with gratitude and deep appreciation for all of the awakening and openness I enjoy in my free mind and life, every single day. So much of it gets taken for granted that it brings me to tears to bask in the glow of admiration for all that I have learned and experienced. My moment to moment existence is filled with so much wonderful food, people, ideas, flows, and power that I have the utmost gratitude to this woman at the store today for giving me a shock and waking me up to all that I have accomplished, and to the fact that there is much I still have to learn as well.
Without further storytelling, here is the video you have all been waiting for….
There you have it. Come back tomorrow for an all new video on deep relaxation in 1 minute or less….!
Love,
-GTD
